On one rainy day

So nice to be here in Oberlin.
Regardless of rainy weather, I feel much fulfilled and happy today.

Hectic moments: preparing for another trip but yet have manage to find time to blog today to give little peace of mind.

Martijn Padding's Violin Concerto is making my mood forward and up.
What a relentless and far away from being pretentious!!
Genuine music!

Today I post a photo from my music theater work Words and Beyond: Hwang Jin-Yi(2008).
The photo is taken by Co Broerse from the revival show of Words and Beyond at the Muziekgebouw aan t'ij Amsterdam in May 2010.
The graceful duet dance of the spirit (Michael Schumacher) and Hwang Jin-Yi (Els Mondelaers) in the third way of the theater.

Oh~ Happy Day~

A new day?

I wonder how many people on earth will open their eyes with a feeling of a new opportunity: an opportunity to make something better or to undo what has gone wrong. One may hesitate to start a day because of the continuous failure to do so. How's my day today? Did I get out of the bed with a sense of new beginning or a hope?

Seventeen Mile Drive

The Seventeen Mile Drive stretched along route 1 in California. This is a shot taken around 5PM in August 2004. I was able to take a shot directly against the sun with my amazing coolpix5700:).

This is an amazing photography, which I downloaded from Chosun Daily.
The owner of the hands and feet is a young Korean ballerina. It looks so unreal. Without a description, one may take some time to realize that this is a photo of someone's body. This shows a glimpse of her profession. The ballerina has been delivering and stretching her expressions all the way through very end of her body.

Brilliant!

ToTo, my love!

What is it about the dead leaves?? My cat ToTo loves eating them and then vomiting immediately. It's like he goes crazy for those catnip. He is in the pile of dead leaves in a box in the house.
